摘要
目的研究过敏性紫癜患儿实施西咪替丁+双嘧达莫片治疗的效果。方法选择56例该院所收治的过敏性紫癜患儿2016年1月-2019年7月作为该研究的时间范围,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与参照组,各28例。其中西咪替丁为参照组治疗措施,西咪替丁+双嘧达莫片为实验组治疗方法,对比两组患儿症状改善时长、诊治前后免疫指标、药物不良反应情况。结果过敏性紫癜患儿诊治后免疫指标具有一致性(P>0.05),较之于参照组,实验组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M、血清补体C3、C反应蛋白指标较低,组间差异有统计学意义(t=0.253、22.003、0.108、78.245、0.383、42.731、0.094、30.985;P=0.801、0.000、0.914、0.000、0.703、0.000、0.926、0.000<0.05),实验组紫癜、腹痛、皮疹、关节痛、消化系统症状复常时长短于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=4.862、8.987、6.857、6.803、5.941,P=0.000<0.05),过敏性紫癜患儿腹泻、皮肤瘙痒、恶心、头晕药物不良反应发生率(17.86%、10.71%)差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.583,P=0.445<0.05)。结论过敏性紫癜患儿通过西咪替丁+双嘧达莫片治疗效果确切,患儿症状得以显著改善,可有效调节患儿的免疫指标,且西咪替丁+双嘧达莫片治疗安全性较高。
Objective To study the effect of cimetidine + dipyridamole tablets in children with allergic purpura. Methods A total of 56 children with allergic purpura admitted to the hospital were selected from January 2016 to July 2019 as the time frame of the study.They were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method, 28 cases each. Among them, cimetidine was the reference group treatment, cimetidine + dipyridamole tablets were used as the experimental group treatment method,and the symptoms of the two groups were improved, the immune index and the adverse drug reaction were compared before and after treatment. Results The immunological indexes of children with allergic purpura were consistent( P>0.05). Compared with the reference group, the immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin M, serum complement C3 and C protein were lower in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant between groups(t =0.253,22.003,0.108,78.245,0.383,42.731,0.094,30.985,P =0.801,0.000, 0.914,0.000,0.703,0.000,0.926,0.000<0.05), experimental group of purpura, abdominal pain rash, joint pain, and digestive symptoms were longer than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant between groups( t=4.862,8.987,6.857,6.803,5.941,P=0.000<0.05), diarrhea in children with allergic purpura incidence of adverse reactions to skin itching, nausea, and dizziness(17.86%,10.71%), the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.583, P=0.445 <0.05). Conclusion Children with allergic purpura have a clear effect on cimetidine + dipyridamole tablets. The symptoms of the children are significantly improved, which can effectively regulate the immune index of children, and cimetidine + dipyridamole tablets are with higher safety.
