摘要
目的探讨补肾安胎饮联合孕激素治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产的临床效果。方法按随机数字表法将2015年1月-2018年5月宿迁市中医院接诊的80例肾虚型早期先兆流产患者分为两组,对照组40例行孕激素治疗(地屈孕酮片+黄体酮),在此基础上给予研究组40例补肾安胎饮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平[孕酮(Progesterone,P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-Human chorionic gonadotrophin free subunit,β-HCG)]及不良反应。结果对照组总有效率为77.50%(31/40),低于研究组的95.00%(38/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.275,P<0.05);对照组P、β-HCG水平分别为(30.42±4.23)ng/mL、(65 452.95±35111.98)mIU/mL,低于研究组的(36.30±2.32)ng/mL、(85 180.15±45 373.43)mIU/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=9.124、2.175,P<0.05);两组治疗期间未发生严重不良反应。结论对肾虚型早期先兆流产患者行补肾安胎饮联合孕激素治疗效果显著,改善性激素水平,且联合用药未增加不良反应风险,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Antai Decoction combined with progesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency. Methods Eighty patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency who were admitted to Suqian Hospital of Chinese People’s Hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in the control group were treated with progesterone(ditrenone tablets + progesterone), on the basis of this, 40 cases of tonifying kidney and fetus drink were given to the study group. The clinical efficacy and sex hormone levels [Progesterone(P)], β-human chorionic gonadotrophin free subunit(β-HCG)] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 77.50%(31/40), which was lower than the 95.00%(38/40) of the study group. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.275, P<0.05). The control group P, β-HCG levels were(30.42±4.23) ng/mL,(65 452.95±35 111.98) mIU/mL,which was lower than the study group(36.30±2.32) ng/mL,(85 180.15±45 373.43) mIU/mL, and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.124, 2.175, P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions occurred during the two treatment periods. Conclusion, The effect of Tonifying Kidney for Preventing Miscarriage Decoction combined with progesterone on patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency is significant, improving the level of sex hormones, and the combination of drugs does not increase the risk of adverse reactions, and the safety is higher.
