摘要
高职百万大扩招已经启动,高职院校在落实生源、努力完成扩招任务的过程中,面临招生数量扩容、招生渠道拓展所带来的生源结构改变、教育资源匮乏加剧等一系列问题。现今占据美国高等教育市场份额46%、且有百年办学经验的美国社区学院,其发展历程与我国当前高职转型有诸多相似之处,通过对其办学定位、办学机制等特点的研究分析,结合我国扩招背景和高职教育发展瓶颈,高职院校应当充分借鉴经验,立足转型,探索多元化、特色化的转型发展之路。
In the process of enrollment expansion,higher vocational colleges are facing a series of problems,such as enrollment expansion,enrollment channel expansion,the change of student source structure and the intensification of lack of educational resources.American community colleges,which now occupy 46%of the market share of American higher education and have 100 years’experience in school-running,have many similarities with the current transformation of Higher Vocational Education in China.Through the analysis of their orientation and mechanism of school-running,combined with the background of enrollment expansion and the bottleneck of the development of higher vocational education in China,higher vocational colleges should make full use of our experience,base ourselves on transformation,and explore the way of diversified and characteristic transformation and development.
