摘要
【目的】直播早稻在播种后常面临田间整地不平造成积水而影响成苗,筛选耐淹性品种以及鉴定水稻芽期耐淹性对直播水稻生产具有重要意义。【方法】本研究通过对41个早籼稻品种芽期进行淹水处理,调查不同品种的成苗率、胚芽鞘、苗高、根长、根数、地上部生物量、根系生物量以及根冠比。通过主成分分析法和聚类分析来探讨直播早稻耐淹性评价标准和筛选耐淹品种。【结果】结果表明,水稻幼苗根冠比和根系生物量在主成分分析中所占贡献率最大,最能体现淹水胁迫的耐受力的差异。聚类分析将41个早籼稻品种划分为强耐淹、中度耐淹和不耐淹3种类型,其中株两优829、株两优35、株两优08、株两优22、陵两优7108、陵两优722、五丰优157、五丰优286、优I2009、优I2058、温229为强耐淹品种,陆两优996、优I651等20份为中度耐淹品种;淦鑫203、中嘉早17等10份为较敏感型品种。【结论】筛选出来芽期耐淹能力较强的11个水稻品种,可为水稻品种选育及指导生产提供参考。
[Objective]After sowing,direct seeding early rice is often faced with water accumulation caused by uneven field preparation,which affects seedling formation.It is of great significance to screen flood tolerant varieties and identify flood tolerance in the rice bud stage for direct seeding rice production.[Method]In this study,41 early indica rice varieties were flooded in the bud stage to investigate the seedling rate,coleop⁃tile,seedling height,root length,root number,aboveground biomass,root biomass and root shoot ratio of differ⁃ent varieties.Through principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the evaluation criteria of flood toler⁃ance and selection of flood tolerant varieties of direct seeding early rice were discussed.[Result]The results showed that the root shoot ratio and root biomass of rice seedlings accounted for the largest contribution rate in the principal component analysis,which best reflected the difference in tolerance to flooding stress.By cluster analysis,41 early indica rice varieties were divided into three types:varieties of strong flood tolerance,moderate flood tolerance and non flood tolerance.Among them,Zhuliangyou 829,Zhuliangyou 35,Zhuliangyou 08,Zhu⁃liangyou 22,Lingliangyou 7108,Lingliangyou 722,Wufengyou 157,Wufengyou 286,Youi2009,Youi2058 and Wen229 were of strong flood tolerance,and Lu Liangyou 996 and Youi651 were of medium flood tolerance;Ganxin 203,Zhongjiazao17 and the other 10 varieties were relatively sensitive varieties.[Conclusion]The 11 rice varieties with strong flood tolerance at the bud stage can be selected for direct seeding rice production,which provides reference for rice variety selection and production.
