摘要
通过对研究生学术能力培养的研究,总结了依托科研团队对研究生创新能力培养的优势,而科研团队的信息化管理有助于提高研究生学术培养过程的规范性及科研团队的工作效率,能够有效地提高研究生的创新与实践能力。因此,开发适合科研团队的研究生信息化管理系统具有很高的实用价值。
Through the research on the cultivation of academic ability of graduate students,the advantages of relying on scientific research team on the cultivation of graduate students'innovative ability are summarized.The information management of scientific research team helps to improve the standardization of postgraduate academic training process and the efficiency of scientific research team.Effectively improve the ability of graduate students to innovate and practice.Therefore,the development of a graduate student information management system suitable for scientific research teams has high practical value.
