摘要
文章探索了上海健康医学院健康服务与管理专业本科人才的培养模式,对专业定位、培养目标、课程和实践环节设置进行了详细的分析;指出健康服务与管理专业作为集医学、管理学与信息学于一体的跨学科专业在人才培养过程中需要加强校企合作,密切掌握行业企业的用人需求,与行业形成紧密合作的育人体系;要通过加强核心课程体系的建设提升人才的核心技能。
Taking Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences as an example,this paper explores the training mode of undergraduate talents of health service and management specialty,and makes a detailed analysis of the specialty orientation,training objectives,curriculum and practice arrangement.It points out that health service and management specialty,as a new cross-specialty,integrating medical science,management science and information science,needs to strengthen the school and enterprise in the process of personnel training.Cooperation closely grasps the employment needs of industry enterprises,and forms a close cooperation education system with industry.It is necessary to enhance the core skills of health service and management by strengthening the construction of core curriculumsystem.
