摘要
电力系统故障监测在遇到冰冻灾害时,不能准确的检测电力系统易出现故障的线路和线路荷载,故障监控性能差,所以该文提出一种冰冻灾害下电力系统故障监控方法。采用检索连锁故障路径的方法,查出线路中易产生故障的关键部位,针对该部位构建覆冰可靠性模型,得到线路冰力荷载;采用静态灵敏度模型获得输电断截面中全部节点对应的支路灵敏度;基于线路冰力荷载和节点支路灵敏度,获得所有电力系统节点的最佳控制量,完成冰冻灾害下电力系统故障监控。
Power system fault monitoring can not accurately detect line load and line load which are prone to failures in power system when encountering freezing disaster, and the performance of fault monitoring is poor. According to this part, the ice-covered reliability model is constructed to obtain the ice load of the transmission line;the sensitivity of the branch corresponding to all the nodes in the broken section of the transmission line is obtained by using the static sensitivity model;based on the ice load of the transmission line and the sensitivity of the branch of the node, the optimal control quantity of all the power system nodes is obtained, and the power system under the freezing disaster is completed. System fault monitoring. The simulation results show that the proposed method can detect power system faults accurately and control power system faults effectively. The average monitoring accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are 95% and 95.8%, respectively. The proposed method has high fault monitoring performance.
