摘要
大用户直购电是电力市场改革的研究热点。建立了考虑不确定性因素的可利用传输能力(available transfer capability,ATC)模型,将其应用于大用户直购电交易中,并引入保险理论,以提升直购电过程中的供电可靠性。在ATC模型中同时考虑大用户停电损失,建立了大用户决策模型。将大用户在不同电厂的购电量和备用容量保险购买量作为变量,并以大用户停电损失最小作为优化目标,通过粒子群算法进行优化求解,获得大用户最优购电决策。最后通过IEEE 57系统进行仿真,结果证明了所提方法的有效性。
Large customer direct-power-purchasing(DPP) is a hot spot in electricity market reform.In this paper,an available transfer capability(ATC) model is established,taking uncertain factors into account.The model is applied to large customer DPP transactions to improve reliability of power supply during DPP by introducing insurance theory.Customer loss suffered from power interruption is also considered in ATC model.Large customer decision model is established,taking purchasing power quantity from different power plants and reserved capacity insurance as variables and minimized power interruption loss as optimization goal.The model is solved with particle swarm algorithm to produce optimal power purchasing decision for large consumers.Simulation is performed with IEEE-57 system and validity of the method is verified.
