摘要
随资源消耗和废弃物剧增,食品废物向能源化和资源化的高效转型变得意义重大,而堆肥可通过重复利用有机废物和产生增值产品提升环境效益。综述分析了食品废物堆肥的主要影响因子,深入探讨了堆肥技术在处理臭气污染、温室气体排放、重金属污染和渗滤液的产生上所面临的挑战,目前,尚未有一种单一的堆肥技术或方法能同时有效减少臭气和温室气体的排放。食品废物堆肥的质量决定了其最终的价值和用途,成熟度与稳定性指标为主要的判断依据;由于堆肥过程生化反应的复杂多变,至今尚未建立能精准拟合堆肥反应机制的数学模型。而统计学模型为模拟堆肥过程的非线性和不确定性的复杂问题提供了新方法,多种数学模型工具的交叉联用具有更高效率和精度,可为指导和推动堆肥工艺的发展提供建设性思路。
The given article intends to provide a comprehensive and detailed review of the effects of additives,aeration,porosity,C/N ratio and inoculants on the composting process of the food waste in hoping to be able to control the quality of the compost products more effectively and efficiently. With the consumption of the food resources and the fast increase of waste,it has become more and more important to accelerate the energy and resource conversion and transformation of the food waste,for,the composting process can help to enhance and heighten the environmental benefits through the reuse of the organic waste and production of the value-added products. Biochar,as a newly identified and acknowledged functional environment-protection material,has been playing an important role in regulating the C/N ratio of the compost,which is in a position to improve the aeration for its own carbon pore structure and specific surface area.Its degradation effect of the food waste can be heightened and improved by adding microbial agents to its composting process,though it is not easy to make clear its inherent mechanism.Thus,it is also urgent to improve and clarify the challenging power of the composting technology in treating the odor pollution,the emission of the greenhouse gases,the heavy metal left-over pollutants and the generation of the leachate through synthesis.Therefore,the summary research comes from the need that the additive use can help to absorb the unpleasant odor and remove the pollutants from the leachate,which enjoys a broad potential development prospect. However,there can’t be found any single composting technology or method to reduce the odor and greenhouse gas emissions effectively. Nevertheless, so far as we know,the dynamic respiratory index(DRI) and the cumulative O2 consumption on the 4 th day serve as the best indicators of the product stability.
