摘要
校企合作是当前各个高职院校重点使用的一种教学模式,在职业教育过程中发挥着重要作用。基于此,该文立足于化妆品经营与管理专业教学,分析了化妆品行业的发展趋势,在此基础上强调了新时期背景下在相关教学中引入校企合作模式的重要意义。同时,阐述了教育理念优化、原有教学模式的改革、创建仿真式实践教学环节、共建校企考核机制等一系列新时期校企合作模式的构建策略。
School-enterprise cooperation is a kind of teaching mode that is mainly used in various higher vocational colleges at present,which plays an important role in the process of vocational education.Based on this,this paper analyzes the development trend of cosmetics industry based on the teaching of cosmetics management and management specialty,and emphasizes the significance of introducing school-enterprise cooperation mode in relevant teaching under the background of new period.At the same time,a series of construction strategies of school-enterprise cooperation mode in the new period,such as optimization of education concept,reform of original teaching mode,establishment of simulation practical teaching link,and construction of school-enterprise evaluation mechanism,are expounded.
