摘要
在人体睡眠的过程中,往往伴随着脑电、眼电、心电、呼吸等各种生理信号的变化,这些信号量是监测睡眠质量的重要依据。提出了一种基于眼罩的睡眠质量监测方法,在眼罩上集成了前端多通道生理信号采集电路,对用于采集信号的电极材料进行优化,采用低功耗蓝牙与移动端通信,实时传输睡眠生理信号,实现脑电、眼电、体动信号的一体化监测。同时,在智能终端通过小波分析提取生理信号的特征信息并重构,利用BP神经网络模型进行睡眠阶段自动分期,最终实现个体睡眠质量的可视化监测。实际测试表明,该方法的睡眠监测结果准确率达到92%。
Human sleep is often accompanied by changes of various physiological signals such as EEG, EOG, ECG and respiration. These signals are important for sleep monitoring system. A sleep quality monitoring system based on eye mask was designed in this paper. A multi-channel signal acquisition circuit was intergrated in the eye mask.The electrode material was optimized as well. Bluetooth LE was used to make sure the real-time transmission of physiological signals, then realize the integration of monitoring for signals of EEG, EOG and state of motion. Meanwhile, the features of signals are extracted and reconstructed through wavelet analysis. BP neural network model do automatic sleep staging, then realize the visual monitoring of the sleep quality. The experimental results show that the accuracy of sleep monitoring is 92%.
