摘要
目的分析探讨糖尿病足溃疡患者采取前列地尔联合封闭式负压引流治疗的具体方法和临床治疗效果。方法该院选取2018年1月-2019年4月期间,在该院治疗的糖尿病足溃疡患者98例,分组后采取不同方式治疗,对比效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.9%(47/49),而对照组仅有87.7%(43/49),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间为(26.2±8.2)d,溃疡愈合时间为(18.9±6.8)d,而对照组分别为(33.4±8.3)、(90.5±4.5)d。组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封闭式负压引流联合前列地尔治疗,对于改善糖尿病足患者的溃疡病变具有积极意义,能够显著缩短患者的溃疡愈合时间,加快足部组织恢复。
Objective To analyze and discuss the specific method and clinical effect of alprostadil combined with closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods 98 patients with diabetic foot ulcer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were divided into two groups and treated in different ways. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.9%(47/49), while that of the control group was 87.7%(43/49). There was a significant difference between the two groups,the difference was statistically siginificant(P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the observation group was(26.2±8.2) days, the healing time of the ulcer was(18.9±6.8) days, while that of the control group was(33.4±8.3) days and(90.5±4.5) days, respectively. There were significant differences between groups,the difference was statistically siginificant(P<0.05). Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage combined with alprostadil has positive significance in improving ulcer lesions in patients with diabetic foot. It can significantly shorten the healing time of ulcer and accelerate the recovery of foot tissue.
