摘要
目的:探讨达英-35在围绝经期功血患者中的临床效果。方法:选择在我院治疗的围绝经期功血患者50例作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组给予炔诺酮治疗,观察组采用达英-35治疗,3个月治疗后对患者效果进行评估。结果:观察组治疗后近期疗效率为92.00%,高于对照组68.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月止血时间、周期天数、出血天数、出血量及子宫内膜厚度,均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后药物过敏、皮疹、出血增多、肝肾异常及乳房胀痛发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将达英-35用于围绝经期功血患者中能获得较高的近期疗效。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Diane-35 in perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients.Methods:50 perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were randomly divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25).The control group was treated with norethisterone,and the observation group was treated with Diane-35.After 3 months of treatment,the effect of the patients was evaluated.Results:The short-term therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 92.00%,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the hemostasis time,cycle days,bleeding days,bleeding volume and endometrial thickness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of drug allergy,rash,increased bleeding,liver and kidney abnormalities and breast pain between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The application of Diane-35 in perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients can obtain high short-term effect.
