摘要
目的:研究美托洛尔联合胺碘酮对慢性心衰合并快速房颤患者心功能及不良反应的影响。方法:选择本院收治的慢性心衰合并快速房颤患者76例随机分为两组,每组38例。所有患者均给予常规治疗,对照组加用胺碘酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合美托洛尔治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、心功能变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(97.37%)高于对照组(78.95%),治疗2个月后,每搏输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)指标高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESV)指标低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组(7.89%)略高于对照组(5.26%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用美托洛尔联合胺碘酮对慢性心衰合并快速房颤,能够显著提升临床疗效,大幅改善患者心功能,且增加用药种类后不良反应发生率未见明显升高,因此具有较高安全性。
Objective:To study the effects of metoprolol combined with amiodarone on cardiac function and adverse reactions in patients with chronic heart failure and rapid atrial fibrillation.Methods:76 patients with chronic heart failure and rapid atrial fibrillation who were admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 patients in each group.All patients were given conventional treatment,the control group was treated with amiodarone,and the observation group was combined with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the changes of cardiac function and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate(97.37%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(78.95%).After 2 months of treatment,the SV and LVEF indicators were higher than the control group,and the LVEDD and LVESV indicators were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(7.89%)was slightly higher than that in the control group(5.26%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of metoprolol combined with amiodarone for chronic heart failure with rapid atrial fibrillation can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and greatly improve the cardiac function of patients.The incidence of adverse reactions has not increased significantly after increasing the type of medication,so it has a high Safety.
