摘要
[目的]编制2型糖尿病病人照顾者自我效能量表,并进行初步信效度检验,为糖尿病病人照顾者自我效能的评估提供工具。[方法]在质性访谈及文献回顾的基础上形成条目池,经过专家函询后形成原始条目。采用便利抽样的方法抽取2018年9月—2019年1月于我院内分泌科就诊的200名2型糖尿病病人的照顾者为研究对象,运用项目分析、探索性因子分析和信度检验等方法对量表进行正式测试,检验2型糖尿病病人照顾者自我效能量表的信度和效度。[结果]2型糖尿病病人照顾者自我效能量表包括4个维度,共18个条目。探索性因子分析共提取4个因子,即饮食与运动、药物管理、血糖监测与足部护理、情绪管理,累积方差贡献率为59.722%。总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.853,各维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.766,0.746,0.824和0.764。量表重测信度为0.945,各维度重测信度为0.721~0.931。[结论]编制的2型糖尿病病人照顾者自我效能量表具有较好的信效度,可作为评价照顾者自我效能的工具。
Objective:To compile the self-efficacy scale for caregivers of type 2 diabetes patients and test its reliability and validity,in order to provide a tool for assessing the self-efficacy of diabetic caregivers.Methods:A pool of entries was formed on the basis of qualitative interviews and literature review.After taking the expert′s inquiry by letter,the original entries were formed.A total of 200 caregivers of type 2 diabetes patients,who were admitted to the endocrinology department in our hospital from September 2018 to January 2019,were selected as subjects by using convenient sampling method.The reliability and validity of self-efficacy scale for caregivers of type 2 diabetes patients was formally tested by project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity test.Results:The formal self-efficacy scale for caregiver of type 2 diabetes patients consists of 4 dimensions,involving 18 items.These four factors,namely diet and exercise,medication management,blood glucose monitoring and foot care,emotional management,were extracted through exploratory factor analysis.The cumulative contribution rate of variance was 59.722%.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of total scale was 0.853.And Cronbach′sαcoefficiens of four dimensions were 0.766,0.746,0.824 and 0.764 respectively.The retest reliability of total scale was 0.945.And retest reliability of four dimensions ranged from 0.721 to 0.931.Conclusions:The self-efficacy scale for caregivers of type 2 diabetes patients has good reliability and validity.The scale can be used as an tool for evaluating the selfefficacy of caregivers of tybe 2 diabetes.
