摘要
为了缓解脱硫石膏大量堆置带来的环境压力,对其进行改性处理后,用作巷道喷层支护结构的胶凝材料。采用模型试验以及数值模拟的方法,对改性脱硫石膏基喷射混凝土支护结构的力学特性进行了研究,结果表明:作用于支护结构腿部的荷载对其整体承载力具有决定性的作用,腿部荷载越大,结构的整体承载力越小,且支护结构的破坏形式由整体受压破坏逐渐转变为拱肩部位的压剪破坏,最终发展为腿部受拉破坏。为了验证改性脱硫石膏基喷射混凝土的现场支护效果,在淮南丁集煤矿某联巷进行了现场工业性试验,现场监测数据表明,改性脱硫石膏基喷射混凝土支护结构具有较高的承载能力和抗变形能力,能够满足巷道喷层支护的要求。
In order to alleviate the environmental pressure caused by large-scale stacking of desulfurization gypsum,this study modifies desucfurization gypsun and then uses it as a cementing material for the support structure of the roadway spray layer.The mechanical properties of the sprayed concrete retaining structure of modified desulfurized gypsum were studied by model test and numerical simulation.The results show that the load acting on the leg of the supporting structure plays a decisive role in the overall bearing capacity.The larger the load of leg,the smaller the overall bearing capacity of the structure.Moreover,the failure mode of the supporting structure is gradually changed from the overall compression failure to the compression shear failure of the shoulder portion,and finally to the tension damage of the leg.In order to verify the on-site support effect of sprayed concrete of modified desulfurized gypsum,an on-site industrial test was carried out in a joint lane of Dingji Coal Mine of Huainan.The field test data shows that the shotcrete support structure of modified desulfurization gypsum has high bearing capacity and deformation resistance,which can meet the requirements of roadway spray layer support.
