摘要
农业类高校非农学专业学生就业时在市场需求与专业设置,品牌效应与形象包装,就业竞争意识,就业观念等方面的问题逐渐突显。文章以天津农学院为例分析了问题产生的原因,并提出了解决方法。
The employment problem of non-agricultural majors in agricultural universities has gradually emerged in the aspects of market demand and professional structure,brand effect and image packaging,employment competition consciousness and employment concept.This paper takes Tianjin Agricultural University as an example to analyze the causes of the problems and put forward solutions.
