摘要
随着经济的发展和国家对产业的宏观调控,第三产业发展水平的高低已经成为衡量国家或地区经济发展水平和现代化程度的重要标志。文章构建包含14个指标的第三产业发展水平评价体系,运用因子分析法对河南省18个省辖市、 10个省直管县(市)第三产业发展水平进行了分析评价,并根据实证结果提出了不同的地区采取不同的发展战略、营造良好的第三产业发展环境、注重县域第三产业的发展和加大对新兴产业的支持力度的提高河南省第三产业发展水平的政策建议。
With the development of economy and the government’s macro-control of the industry, the level of development of the tertiary industry has become an important indicator of the level of economic development and modernization of a country or region. This paper constructs an evaluation system of the development level of the tertiary industry, which includes 14 indicators, and analyzes and evaluates the tertiary industry development level of 28 cities(counties) in Henan province using factor analysis method, and in accordance with the empirical results, proposes to improve the development level of the tertiary industry in Henan province by adopting different development strategies in different regions, creating a good environment, attaching greater importance to the development of the tertiary industry in the county areas, and strengthening support for the emerging industry.
