早期早产儿骨代谢指标监测的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 通过对早期早产儿骨代谢指标检测,探讨不同喂养方式对早期早产儿骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法选择2018年2月-2019年2月在我院产科出生的胎龄小于32周的早期早产儿90例作为研究对象,于出生后第4、8周测定血清磷、钙、碱性磷酸酶、25-羟维生素D3水平。结果 母乳加母乳强化剂组、人工喂养组、混合喂养组生后第4周、第8周的血清钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶、25-羟维生素D3水平差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),而生后第8周与第4周相比,三组血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶、25-羟维生素D3水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论 母乳加母乳强化剂组、人工喂养组、混合喂养组对早期早产儿骨代谢生化指标影响无统计学差异。动态监测骨代谢生化标志物的变化对早期发现骨代谢异常,及时治疗,防止骨质疏松、骨折的发生是非常重要的。 Objective To explore the influence of different feeding methods on bone metabolism biochemical indexes of early preterm infants by detecting bone metabolism indexes.Methods A total of 90 premature infants with gestational age less than 32 weeks hospitalized in the Department of Neonatology,Zhuhai Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital between February 2018 to February 2019,were erolled into the study.The level of serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 were measured at the 4th and 8th weeks after birth.Results There was no significant difference in serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 levels of the breast milk plus breast milk fortifier group,artificial feeding group and mixed feeding group at the 4th and 8th weeks after birth(P>0.05).The levels of serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 in the eighth week were significantly higher than those in the fourth week(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the biochemical indexes of bone metabolism among the three groups.Dynamic monitoring the biochemical markers of bone metabolism is very important for early detection of abnormal bone metabolism,timely treatment and prevention of osteoporosis and fracture.
