摘要
基于增加值的视角,利用WTO-OECD发布的TiVA数据库,测算东亚13个经济体服务贸易的全球价值链参与度与分工地位、出口竞争力及最终需求贡献率。结果显示:第一,东亚各经济体服务贸易的全球价值链参与度与其服务贸易规模和国际分工地位无显著正向关系;第二,相较于世界市场,东亚经济体的服务贸易在区域内有着更强的出口竞争力。但在增加值的视角下,中国服务贸易的出口竞争力存在一定程度的高估;第三,东亚服务贸易在全球价值链中的依赖关系日趋平衡,服务业出口对欧美市场的依赖降低,世界其他市场的服务需求对东亚经济发展的贡献日益增大;第四,东亚区域内服务贸易联系愈发紧密,分工逐步深化,多数经济体对区域内上游供给者的依赖度提高。
Based on the value-added trade perspective,using the TiVA database,we can measure the global value chain participation and division of labor export competitiveness and final demand contribution rate of service trade in 13 economies in East Asia.The results show:First,the participation of global value chains in service trade in East Asian countries or regions has no significant positive relationship with the scale of service trade and the status of international division of labor.Second compared with the world market,the service trade of East Asian economies has relatively stronger export competitiveness in the region.From the perspective of value-added trade,the export competitiveness of service trades in China may be overestimated.Third,the dependence of East Asian service trade on the global value chain is increasingly balanced.The dependence of service trade exports on European and American markets is decreasing.The service trade demand of other markets in the world is increasingly contributing to the economic development of East Asia.Fourth,the service trade links of East Asian economies are becoming more closely linked,the division of labor is gradually deepening and the dependence of most economies on upstream suppliers within the region is increasing.
