摘要
共享型实训基地不仅是区域职业院校教育教学的重要场所,还是产教融合协同育人的关键平台,同时也是终身职业培训体系的重要支撑。最大限度提升社会服务功能是共享型实训基地建设与运营的关键目标。近年来,德、瑞、奥三国重视跨企业培训中心的建设,但发展重点不同:德国重点强调为工业4.0背景下的中小企业提供数字化技术人才培养支撑与技术创新服务;瑞士偏重于内涵建设,强调标准化、模块化的跨企业培训课程建设;奥地利则更加注重发挥其维护社会稳定的功能作用,强调为早期辍学者提供义务教育与培训。德、瑞、奥三国的经验,对我国共享型实训基地提升社会服务功能,具有重要参考价值。
The shared training base is not only an important place for education and teaching in regional vocational colleges, but also a key platform for the integration of industry and education, but also an important support for the life-long vocational training system. To maximize the social service function is the key goal of the construction and operation of shared training bases. In recent years, Germany, Switzerland and Austria have attached great importance to the construction of cross-enterprise training centers, but their development priorities are different: Germany focuses on providing digital technical personnel training support and technological innovation services for small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of Industry 4.0;Switzerland lays stress on connotation construction and emphasizes the construction of standardized and modular cross-enterprise training courses;Austria, on the other hand, pays more attention to its role in maintaining social stability, emphasizing the provision of compulsory education and training for early dropouts. The experience of Germany, Switzerland and Austria has important reference value for the improvement of social service function of China’s shared training base.
