摘要 六安站改造工程旅客地道下穿既有六安站1-6股道和1-5站台,属于铁路既有线施工,便梁架设、基坑开挖、边坡支护等施工安全风险高。结合六安站改旅客地道基坑结构及复杂站改既有线施工的特点,介绍了该地道在施工过程中采用的智能化监测应用创新技术,通过对D形便梁基础位移、线路轨距、线路沉降、钢支撑、锚索应力等进行实时智能化监测和数据智能分析、反馈,解决了常规人工监测实施困难、效率低、风险高等难题,实现了对基坑、便梁的安全稳定情况的实时掌握,为地道施工提供了安全保证和后期方案优化的依据。该智能化监测创新技术运用的理念可为国内既有线火车站改造地道施工提供参考。 The passenger tunnel of the reconstruction project of Luan Railway Station passes through the existing 1-6 lanes and 1-5 platforms of Luan Railway Station,which belongs to the construction of existing railway lines.The construction safety risks of convenient beam erection,foundation pit excavation and slope support are high.Based on the characteristics of the foundation pit structure of the passenger tunnel in Luan Railway Station and the construction of the existing railway in the complex station,this paper introduces the intelligent monitoring and application innovation technology adopted in the construction of the tunnel.Through the realtime intelligent monitoring and data of the displacement of the D-type instant beam foundation,the track gauge,the settlement of the line,the steel support and the stress of the anchor cable,etc.Intelligent analysis and feedback have solved the difficult problems of conventional manual monitoring,such as low efficiency and high risk,realized the real-time grasp of the safety and stability of foundation pit and convenience beam,and provided the basis for safety assurance and later optimization of scheme for tunnel construction.The idea of the application of the intelligent monitoring innovation technology can provide reference for the reconstruction of tunnel construction of existing railway stations in China.
