摘要
服务贸易在国际贸易中发挥了越来越重要的作用。金融作为支持经济发展的重要力量,如何为我国的服务贸易创新发展提供有力支持,促进服务贸易结构升级,是当前需要研究探讨和解决的新命题。本文在总结世界服务贸易和我国服务贸易发展特点的基础上,指出金融支持服务贸易创新发展具有重要意义,并对当前金融支持服务贸易创新发展的新举措以及存在的问题进行系统梳理,最后基于金融支持服务贸易创新发展视角,提出了要发挥不同角色监管部门和不同类型市场主体在服务贸易创新发展中的作用,加大金融对服务贸易发展的支持力度,量身打造适合服务贸易发展的创新金融产品,促进形成更加符合我国利益、适合我国国情的服务贸易创新发展模式的建议。
Service trade plays an increasingly important role in international trade.Finance is the important force supporting economic development.How to provide strong support for innovative development of China's service trade,and promote the upgrading of service trade structure are new propositions needed to study and solve.On the basis of summarizing the development characteristics of world and China's service trade,this paper points out that the innovative development of service trade supported by finance is of great significance,and systematically sorts out its current new measures,effects and existing problems,from on the perspective of innovative development of service trade supported by finance,it is proposed that the role of different supervision departments and different types of market entities in the innovative development of service trade should be played,and financial support for innovative development of China's service trade should be increased and tailor-made,and the new development model of service trade which is suitable for our country's interest and condition should be formed.
