摘要
北京服务贸易发展的水平已居于全国前列,各新兴服务贸易领域发展较快,但仍存在许多问题。如近年来增长速度不够稳定,在全国服务贸易中的比重有逐步下降趋势等等。本文着重分析北京服务贸易发展和对外开放的差距及制约其发展的内外因素,并提出尽快制定规划、有的放矢地采取相应措施等建议。
The development of the trade in services in Beijing is in the forefront of the whole country, but it still has some problems to be resolved. The paper discusses the problems by analyzing the gaps and the problems in the interal and external causes, and gives some suggestions.
