摘要
对玄武岩纤维废料的组成成分、形态进行了微观分析,探讨其在轻质墙材中的应用。在总结前期实验结果的基础上,对添加玄武岩纤维废料及其他轻质骨料的不同配比的混凝土进行了强度、密度、导热系数分析。结果表明,玄武岩纤维废料化学组成类似于硅酸盐水泥,含有大量未结晶玻璃体,也存在少量结晶物质。掺入玄武岩纤维废料及陶粒、膨胀珍珠岩的轻质混凝土,其强度降低约50%,导热系数降低约60%,密度降低约25%。扫描电镜分析表明,材料微观结构合理,玄武岩纤维废料具备作为制备轻质墙体材料的可行性。
In this paper, the composition and morphological characteristics of basalt fiber waste are micro analyzed, and its application to lightweight wall materials is discussed. On the basis of summarizing the previous experimental results, the strength, density and thermal conductivity of concrete with different proportions of basalt fiber waste and other lightweight aggregates were analyzed. The results show that the chemical composition of basalt fiber waste is similar to Portland cement, which contains a large amount of uncrystallized vitreous and small amount of crystalline material. The strength of lightweight concrete that mixed with basalt fiber waste, ceramsite and expanded perlite is reduced by about 50%, the thermal conductivity is reduced by about 60%, and the density is reduced by about 25%. The SEM analysis shows that basalt fiber waste can be used as a kind of lightweight wall material because of the reasonable microstructure.
