摘要
利用废弃混凝土加工成的再生骨料制成承重墙用再生混凝土空心砌块。通过正交试验研究再生混凝土砌块配合比中水灰比、再生粗骨料取代率、再生细骨料取代率3个主要因素对其抗压强度的影响规律。试验结果表明,对于多排孔再生混凝土小型空心砌块,选取合适的配合比,强度等级可以达到MU10.0,可作为承重砌块使用。通过试验优化再生混凝土砌块的配合比,可为承重墙用再生混凝土砌块生产和推广提供依据。
This paper engaged in the investigation on the load-bearing hollow blocks derived from waste concrete. The influence rule of the three main factors (water-cement ratio,recycled coarse aggregates replacement ratio,recycled fine aggregates replacement ratio) on compressive strength was studied through the orthogonal test.The experiment results indicated that if the selec- tion of mixed proportion is proper,the recycled concrete multi-row blocks can be used to make bearing wall and its compressive strength can reach to MUlO.O.Optimum of mixture proportion of secycled concrete blocks is determined by tests and the foundation to produce and popularize the recycled concrete load-bearing hollow blocks was provided.
