摘要
“圈子文化”的产生发展既有一定的历史文化根源,同时也与一定的社会学、政治学、心理学因素密切相关,具有封建性、利益性、排他性、家长制等鲜明特征。"圈子文化"的流行会导致权力滥用、选人用人逆淘汰、败坏政治生态、恶化社会风气,因此必须主动加以防止和克服。建议从加强教育引导、正确选人用人、着力正风肃纪、强化监督制约、抓好政治建设五个方面着手,进一步根除“圈子文化”滋生蔓延的土壤。
The emergence and development of"circle culture"not only has certain historical and cultural roots,but also is closely related to certain sociological,political and psychological factors.It has distinct characteristics such as feudalism,interest,exclusiveness and patriarchal system.The popularity of"circle culture"will lead to the abuse of power,the selection and employment of people against elimination,corruption of political culture,deterioration of social atmosphere,so we must take the initiative to prevent and overcome.In view of the above problems,it is suggested to further eradicate the breeding and spreading soil of"circle culture"from five aspects:strengthening education guidance,correctly selecting and employing people,focusing on the rectification of customs and disciplines,strengthening supervision and restriction,and focusing on political construction.
