摘要
新时代中国对外开放新思想的产生发展既有其理论渊源,也有其现实逻辑,更有其价值意蕴。在理论渊源上,马克思恩格斯的世界历史理论奠定了科学的理论来源,列宁的对外开放思想提供了理论依据;在现实逻辑上,开放发展、一带一路、命运共同体的思想,赋予了其科学的时代内涵;在价值逻辑上,既彰显了中华文化的包容性,也弘扬了我国优秀传统文化,更诠释了我国敢于承担大国责任的担当精神。
The emergence and development of China’s new thought of opening to the outside world in the new era has its theoretical origin as well as its realistic logic and more importantly its value implication. In terms of realistic logic, the ideas of open development, One Belt And One Road and community of common destiny have endowed them with the connotation of the times. In terms of value logic, it not only demonstrates the inclusiveness of Chinese culture, but also carries forward China’s excellent traditional culture, and explains China’s spirit of shouldering responsibilities as a big country.
