摘要
目的:探究急性脑卒中患者实施脑苷肌肽治疗的临床效果。方法:择取2018年1月~2019年10月期间某院收治的92例急性脑卒中患者,根据数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。两组患者分别开展常规疗法及脑苷肌肽治疗,比较两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)和Barthel指数量表(BI)评分,并采取统计学软件比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:(1)两组患者NIHSS、BI评分数据间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者与本组治疗前相比NIHSS评分明显下降,BI评分显著提升,其中观察组患者两项评分变动幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑卒中患者行脑苷肌肽治疗临床效果确切,在临床中具有较高的推广价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cerebroside-carnosine therapy in patients with acute stroke.Methods:92patients with acute stroke admitted to a hospital from January 2018to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method,46cases in each group.The two groups of patients underwent conventional therapy and cerebroside carnosine treatment.The scores of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)and Barthel index scale(BI)in the two groups were compared,and statistical software was used to compare the clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in NIHSS and BI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the BI score was significantly improved.The change was larger in the observation group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of cerebroside carnosine in patients with acute stroke is clear and has a high promotion value in clinical practice.
