摘要
目的了解新疆居民健康相关生命质量及其影响因素。方法整群随机抽取新疆乌鲁木齐市、昌吉市、伊宁市、乌苏市、阿克苏市、阿图什市、喀什和库尔勒市年满15周岁的常驻居民,利用随机数字表在每个城市中随机抽取3个街道,每个街道再抽取1个社区随社区网格员入户进行面对面访问调查。运用EQ-5D健康量表测量新疆居民的健康状况,使用中国时间均衡法(TTO)进行敏感度分析,利用描述性分析,卡方检验和Tobit回归模型等方法对居民健康相关生命质量及其影响因素进行分析。结果新疆居民在疼痛或不适、焦虑或抑郁两个维度存在问题较多,分别占17.06%和2&10%。健康效用值呈偏态分布,均值为0.917,中位数为1.000,四分位数为0.125。年龄、地区、年收入、两周患病情况、是否患有慢性病、近半年是否住院、吸烟、经常饮酒、体育锻炼均是居民健康相关生命质量的狡立影响因素。结枪关注高年龄、女性、近两周患病情况、吸烟、高频率饮酒、体育锻炼少人群的健康,加强慢性病的防治管理是提高新疆居民健康相关生命质量的关键。
Objective Understanding the health-related quality of life and its influencing factors・Methods Residents aged more than 15 years old in Urumqi,Changji,Yining,Wusu,Aksu,Atushi,Kashi and Korla were randomly selected from each city by random dig让al table,and one community was selected from each street for face-to-face interview with community gridlers・EQ-5D health scale was used to measure the health status of Xinjiang residents.Sensitivity analysis using the Chinese Time Trade-off method(TTO).The quality of life related to residents health and its influencing factors were analyzed by descriptive analysis,chi square test and Tobit regression model.Results The residents of Xinjiang had more problems in the two dimensions of pain and discomfort,anxiety and depression,accounting for 17.06%and 2&24%,respectively.The health utility value is skewed,with an average of 0.917,a median of 1.000 and a quartile of 0.125. Age, region, annual income, two weeks of illness, whether or not to have a chronicdisease, whether or not in hospital in the last six months, smoking, regular drinking, physical exerciseare the independent factors affecting the quality of life related to the health of residents・ Conclusion It isthe key to improve the health-related quality o￡ life of Xinjiang residents to pay attention to elderly,women, illness in the past two weeks, smoking, high frequency drinking, people taking little physical exercise,strengthening the prevention and control management of chronic diseases.
