摘要
目的回顾性汇总2018年江苏省食源性疾病病例监测系统发现的疑似食源性疾病事件信息,分析总结食源性疾病病例监测系统疑似食源性疾病事件的流行病学特征,以提高食源性疾病病例监测系统对食源性疾病事件的早期发现、预警能力。方法汇总2018年江苏省食源性疾病病例监测系统发现的疑似食源性疾病事件信息,结合食源性疾病事件监测系统数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2018年江苏省食源性疾病病例监测系统共发现疑似食源性疾病事件187起,病例中男女性别比为1.10∶1,发病以15~24岁年龄组患病率最高(24.42%),前三位的可疑暴露食品分别为多种食品(33.14%)、混合食品(21.28%)和肉与肉制品(15.58%),主要可疑暴露进食场所依次为饭店(酒店)、单位食堂和学校食堂。有53起事件经过核实确认后在食源性疾病事件监测系统中报告,占食源性疾病事件监测报告全年总数的28.34%。结论 2018年江苏省食源性疾病病例监测系统在部分监测地区早期发现、预警食源性疾病事件的能力已有提高,但仍有相当数量食源性疾病事件未通过食源性疾病病例监测系统发现。
Objcetive To retrospectively analyze the suspected foodborne outbreaks’ information detected by foodborne disease cases monitoring system in Jiangsu Province in 2018. To analyze and summarize the epidemiological characteristics to improve the early detection and warning capabilities for foodborne disease cases monitoring system. Methods Summarizing the information on suspected foodborne disease outbreaks detected by the monitoring system of foodborne disease cases in Jiangsu Province in 2018. Analyzing combined with the result from foodborne disease outbreaks monitoring system by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 187 suspected foodborne disease outbreaks were reported by foodborne disease cases monitoring system in 2018. The male-female ratio was 1.10∶1, and the prevalence rate in the 15-24 age group was higher than others(24.42%). The top three suspicious foods were the multiple foods(33.14%),the mixed foods(21.28%) and the meat products(15.58%). The main suspicious exposure places for eating were restaurants(hotels), unit canteens and school canteens. 53 outbreaks were confirmed in the foodborne disease outbreaks monitoring system, accounting for 28.34% of the foodborne disease outbreaks monitoring system result in 2018. Conclusion The ability of foodborne disease cases monitoring system to find and alert foodborne disease outbreaks has been improved in some areas in Jiangsu Province in 2018. However, there were still many foodborne disease outbreaks did not detected by the monitoring system of foodborne disease cases.
