摘要
目的 观察0°C0.9%氯化钠注射液和盐酸肾上腺素混合液在等离子射频消融术治疗儿童鼾症中的疗效方法将2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的400例鼾症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组(n=200),两组患者均行鼻内镜下等离子射频消融术治疗,术前对照组患儿采用常温生理盐水作等离子刀工作的电解质溶液,观察组将5支1 mg/1 mL的肾上腺素加入0°C0.9%的500 mL盐水中作等离子刀工作的电解质溶液。评价两组患儿的临床疗效,观察并统计两组患儿的术中出血量、术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及扁桃体白膜脱落时间,另统计两组患儿术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为90.50%,对照组为76.00%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者平均手术时间、扁桃体白膜脱落时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),平均术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),术后平均VAS评分少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症的总发生率为9.00%,对照组为20.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于等离子射频消融术治疗儿童鼾症中应用0°C0.9%氯化钠注射液和盐酸肾上腺素混合液能有效提高手术效果,降低术后疼痛程度,缩短手术时间及扁桃体白膜脱落时间,并能够降低术中出血量和术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of 0°C 0.9%sodium chloride injection and adrenaline hydrochloride in the treatment of children with snoring by plasma radiofrequency ablation.Methods 400 children with snoring admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=200)and control group(n=200).Both groups underwent endoscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation.Before the treatment,the children in the control group were treated with normal temperature physiological saline as the electrolyte solution for the plasma knife.In the observation group,5 bottles of epinephrine with 1 mg/1 mL was added into 500 mL saline with 0.9%at 0℃for the electrolyte solution of the plasma knife working.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score and tonsil leucorrhea time,the rate of postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and counted.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 90.50%in the observation group and 76.00%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average operation time and tonsil leucorrhea time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The average intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average postoperative VAS score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.00%,and that in the control group was 20.50%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 0°C 0.9%sodium chloride injection and epinephrine hydrochloride mixture in the treatment of children with sputum by plasma radiofrequency ablation can effectively improve the surgical effect,reduce the postoperative pain,shorten the operation time and the time of tonsil detachment,and can reduce th
