摘要
目的研究等离子射频消融术治疗儿童腺样体肥大的护理效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年9月56例腺样体肥大患儿进行研究,然后对选取患儿的临床资料进行分析研究。结果患儿接受手术的时间处于30-45min,并且经过一段时间随访后所有患儿均无不良反应。结论经过对患儿的相关资料进行分析,表明有效的护理配合可以有效的提高护理效果,缩短手术时间,从而促进患儿复发。
Objective To study nursing effect of plasma radiofrequency ablation in treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy in children. Methods Choose 56 cases adenoidal hypertrophy children from July 2017 to 2010 for study, analyze clinical data of selected children. Results Operation time was between 30 and 45 minutes, after a period of follow-up, there were no adverse reactions for all children. Conclusion Related data analysis of children showed effective nursing cooperation can improve nursing effect, shorten operation time, and promote recurrence of children effectively.
