摘要
近年来全球创业教育正在超越传统模式,强调创意的“可转化性”和创新的“可实践性”。在此理念下,世界一流大学的创业教育开始建立“课程—创业—孵化”的接续发展过程。牛津大学商学院形成了独具特色的“共生式”创业教育模式,即将其视为“精英与团队联盟共生的过程”,涵盖以学科集群为基础的教学共生模式,以精英团队为联盟的商业共生实践,以服务人才为核心的校域共生互动,体现出世界一流大学在创业教育中的前瞻性、专业性和可持续发展性的特点,为我国高校创业教育的改革提供了重要借鉴。
In recent years,global entrepreneurship education has been exceeding the traditional model by gradually emphasizing on the creative transformability and the innovative practicability.Based on this concept,the worldclass university's entrepreneurship education has started to establish a continuous and shared development process of"curriculum entrepreneurship incubation".The experience of Business School of Oxford University demonstrates that the key to improve entrepreneurship education quality includes the disciplinary cluster based entrepreneurial curriculum,the commercial practice mode with the elite team,and the talents service-oriented symbiotic interaction of universities’resources.While reflecting the prospective,comprehensive and sustainable characteristics of worldclass universities’entrepreneurship education,it provides the inspiration to enhance the entrepreneurship education in higher education institutes in China.
