高职护理专业学生心理幸福感与原生家庭相关影响因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis on psychological well-being and influencing factors related to family-of-origin in students of higher vocational nursing specialty

摘要 目的了解高职护理学生心理幸福感与原生家庭相关影响因素,为制订高职护理心理干预措施及家庭教育提供科学依据。方法采用心理幸福感量表(PWB)对在校高职护理专业学生心理幸福感以及采用ENRICH问卷对其父母婚姻满意度进行调查。结果有效调查了924组问卷,学生心理幸福感总体得分为(352.43±38.47)分,个人成长维度得分最高,为(64.42±8.78)分,其余依次为与他人积极关系得分[(61.68±8.35)分]、生活目标得分[(59.96±9.11)分]、掌握环境得分[(58.53±8.18)分]、自主性得分[(54.43±7.93)分]、自我接纳得分[(53.42±8.26)分]。经Logistic多因素回归分析显示,父母文化程度、经济状况、亲子关系、父母婚姻满意度是影响护理专业学生心理幸福感的主要因素。结论高职护理学校应充分发挥心理咨询作用,转变传统心理健康教育观念,重视对不同类型学生开展差异化心理辅导,重视家庭教育,尽可能多地提供社会实践活动,创造实现个人价值的机会,以促进护理专业学生的心理幸福感。 Objective To understand the psychological well-being of nursing students in vocational college and the influencing factors related to the family-of-origin to provide a scientific basis for formulating the psychological intervention measures of higher vocational nursing and family education.Methods The Psychological Well-being Scales(PWB)was used to assess the psychological well-being among the nursing students of higher vocational nursing specialty.The ENRICH questionnaire was used to conduct the survey on the marital satisfaction status of parents.Results Total 924 students effectively completed the survey,the overall mean score of psychological well-being was(352.43±38.47)points,the score of personal growth dimension was the highest[(64.42±8.78)points],followed by the score of positive relationship with others [(61.68±8.35)points],life goal[(59.96±9.11)points],mastery of environment[(58.53±8.18)points],autonomy[(54.43±7.93)points],and self-acceptance[(53.42±8.26)points].The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the education background of parents,economic status,parent-child relationship,marital satisfaction status of parents were the main influencing factors of the psychological well-being among nursing students.Conclusion The vocational nursing college should fully play the role of psychological counseling and change the concept of traditional mental health education,attach importance to carry out differentiated psychological counseling for different types of students,pay attention to family education,provide the social practical activities as much as possible and create the opportunities to realize personal value in order to promote the psychological well-being of nursing students.
