摘要
农村公路的建造要结合实际、便民出行,与农村发展相适应,但目前国内缺少对农村公路的深入研究。通过对其发展过程中存在的不足进行分析,提出农村公路建设好、管理好、养护好、运营好的措施,达到逐渐消除农村发展的交通障碍,助推乡村振兴的目标,并对杭州的农村公路发展进行实例分析。
The construction of rural roads should be combined with the reality,convenient for people to travel and adapt to the rural development,but at present,there is no in-depth study on rural roads in China. Based on the analysis of the deficiencies in the development process,this paper puts forward the measures for the construction,management,maintenance and operation of rural roads,so as to gradually eliminate the traffic obstacles in rural development and boost the revitalization of rural areas,and analyzes the development of rural roads in Hangzhou.
