摘要
在社会经济快速发展的环境中,农村公路的建设要求也发生了巨大的转变。农村公路的建设不再满足于公路通行的基本需要,而是要提高整体的公路网络规划和建设,从而保证农村公路的不断完善和升级需要。本文通过对目前农村公路发展中存在的不足之处进行深入分析,从而提出有效的农村公路发展途径,通过实施农村公路的升级工程、安全保障工程、管理工程等多项公路建设,促进“四好农村路”的发展效果。
In the environment of rapid social and economic development,the construction requirements of rural roads have also undergone tremendous changes.The construction of rural roads is no longer satisfied with the basic needs of highway traffic,but to improve the overall road network planning and construction,so as to ensure the continuous improvement and upgrading of rural roads.Through indepth analysis of the existing deficiencies in rural road development,this paper proposes an effective rural road development path,and promotes the development effect of "four good rural roads" through the implementation of rural road upgrading projects,safety guarantee projects,management projects and other road construction.
