摘要
以海峡文化艺术中心戏剧厅上部钢结构为例,介绍了本工程在钢结构施工、施工管理、质量控制等方面存在的重点和难点;重点研究了钢桁架和网架安装过程中支撑胎架的设计及其卸载措施等关键技术要点,并通过有限元模拟确保了施工过程支撑胎架的安全可靠。本工程可供类似项目参考。
Taking the upper steel structure of drama hall of the Straits Culture and Art Center as an example,the key points and difficulties of the project are introduced,in steel structure construction,construction management,quality control,etc.The key technical points such as the design of supporting frame and its unloading measures during the installation of steel truss and space truss are emphatically studied.The FEM simulation ensures the safety and reliability of the support frame in the construction process.The project can be a reference for other similar ones.
