摘要
为了探究颗粒饲料对果子狸的适口性及体重的影响,试验选取10月龄体重基本一致的健康果子狸32只(雄性12只、雌性20只),按照雄雌比3∶5随机分成2组,试验组饲喂颗粒饲料,对照组饲喂常规粥状饲料。预试验7 d,观察果子狸采食颗粒饲料的行为变化。正式试验80 d,其中0~20 d、20~50 d、50~80 d果子狸的采食量分别为110、140和180 g/(只·d),测定各个时期果子狸的体重变化。结果表明,果子狸在第1天便全部采食颗粒饲料,没有出现拒食、腹泻、痢疾等情况;0~50 d,试验组和对照组内雄性、雌性果子狸的平均体重均有所下降(P>0.05),可能与配种期果子狸的采食量变少,活动增加有关,而50~80 d各组均增加了饲料投喂量,雄性和雌性果子狸的平均体重均有所增加,说明其采食量恢复正常。试验期内2组果子狸的平均体重变化趋势一致,无显著差异(P>0.05)。可见,果子狸对颗粒饲料的适应性良好,未来颗粒料可在果子狸的养殖中广泛应用。
In order to explore the pellet feed’s palatability and the effects of pellet feed on body weight of Paguma larvata,32 healthy 10-month-old P.larvata at the growing age with no significant difference of initial body weight(P>0.05),including 12 male and 20 female,were randomly divided into 2 groups with a male-female ratio of 3∶5.In experimental group,P.larvata was fed with pellet feed and in the control group,P.larvata was fed with conventional fresh feed.In 7-day pre-test,no behavior changes of feeding pellet feed by P.larvata were observed.The trail period was 80 d.The average feed intake of P.larvata at 0-20 d,20-50 d and 50-80 d was 110,140 and180 g/(head·d),respectively.The body weight changes of P.larvata in each stage were determined.The results showed that P.larvata began to eat pellet feed on the first day,and no anti-feeding,diarrhea and dysentery occurred.From 0 d to 50 d,the average body weight of male and female P.larvata in the experimental group and the control group decreased,which might be related to the decrease of feed intake and frequent activity of P.larvata in the mating season.From 50 d to 80 d,the feed amount was increased to the normal level,the average body weight of male and female P.larvata increased.During the experiment period,the average body weight change trend of P.larvata in the two groups was consistent,without significant difference(P>0.05).The study demonstrate P.larvata can adapt to the pellet feed,and pellet feed can be used to the P.larvata feeding.
