摘要
该文在总结禽蛋保鲜方法专利技术整体情况的基础上,对禽蛋保鲜关键技术进行了分析,从涂膜保鲜技术、浸泡保鲜剂改两方面对国内外有关禽蛋保鲜方法的研究现状和发展趋势进行了梳理。
Based on the analysis of patent technology of preservation of eggs,the key technology of preservation of eggs are summarized,the research status and development trend of coating preservation and improvement of preserva⁃tive to the domestic and foreign are analyzed.
