摘要
福建省厦门市作为国家电子健康卡创新应用试点单位,通过电子健康卡实现市民卡、医疗机构的就诊卡、社保卡、居民健康卡等"多码融合",推动医疗健康服务线上线下融合发展,催生了众多健康医疗服务的新业态。在破解"多卡且互不通用"堵点问题,促进医疗服务"重心下移、资源下沉",提升便民惠民服务水平,提高群众获得感方面迈出了重要的步伐。电子健康卡已成为跨机构、跨行业、跨领域实现惠民就医、丰富健康便民服务应用的"金钥匙"。
As a pilot unit of innovative application of national electronic health cards,Xiamen realizes"multi-code integration"of citizen cards,medical institutions’visiting cards,social security cards and residents’health cards through the electronic health cards,promoting the development of online and offline integration of medical and health services,catalyzing a large number of new formats of medical and health services.It breaks down the barriers of the cards and resolves the blocking problem,promotes the downward shifting of medical services and resources,and better provides convenient services for the people.Important steps have been taken to improve people’s sense of gain.The electronic health card has become the"golden key"to realize the benefits of people’s medical treatment and enrich the application of convenient health services across institutions,industries and fields.
