摘要
供给侧结构性改革作为一个创新驱动战略,在经济和教育领域具有优化升级的双重价值。供给侧结构性改革为高校思想政治理论课教学改革提供了新视野、新思路,思政理论课教师要立足于新时代的教育改革,深刻解读高校思想政治理论课供给侧结构性改革内涵和问题,从强化师德、配强师资,凝聚立德树人新力量;优化增量、盘活存量,开拓立德树人新境界;因事而化、因势而新,抢占立德树人新阵地;完善制度、呵护文化,打造立德树人新局面四个维度出发,推进思政理论课教师的"教"与学生的"学"之间的供需平衡和良性互动,增强大学生思想政治理论课幸福感和获得感,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。
Supply-side structural reform, an innovation-driven strategy, has the dual value of optimization and upgrading in both economic and educational fields and offers new horizons and approaches to the teaching reforms of university ideological and political theory courses. The teachers of these courses should root themselves in the new era of education reforms and understand the connotation and possible problems in the supply-side structural reforms of university ideological and political theory courses. Virtue-based talent training requires new forces, new horizons, new platforms, and new progress. At these four dimensions, we should enhance the supply-demand balance between teaching and learning, boost college students’ happiness and sense of achievement in ideological and political theory courses.
