摘要
目的探讨循证医学教学模式在消化内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取2018年3月-2018年11月在我院消化内科进行规范化培训的84名住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=42)和对照组(n=42),对照组采用传统教学模式,研究者采用循证医学教学模式,对比两组培训效果。结果对照组理论考试及实操考核得分低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组规范化培训效果的各项评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用循证医学教学模式在消化内科住院医师规范化培训中应用效果良好,有效提高教学质量,具有可行性,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based medicine teaching model in standardized training of resident physicians in digestive medicine.Methods 84 residents who received standardized training in digestive medicine from March 2018 to November 2018 were randomly divided into study group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,while the researcher used evidence-based medicine teaching mode to compare the training effects of the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical and practical examinations in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group(P<0.05).The scores of standardized training in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based medicine teaching model in the standardized training of resident physicians in digestive medicine has a good effect and can effectively improve the quality of teaching.It is feasible and worth learning.
