摘要
目的探讨离子导入血栓通药物联合疏肝通滞方治疗家兔眼底出血的疗效及其对眼底出血后的视网膜新生血管因子(VEGF)和抑制新生血管因子(ES)的影响。方法建立兔眼底出血模型20只,建模成功后随机分为对照组和试验组,对对照组实施血栓通注射液灌胃治疗,对试验组实施离子导入血栓通注射液联合疏肝通滞方灌胃治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗结束后眼球视网膜血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管生长抑制因子内皮抑素(ES)表达水平。结果试验组治疗家兔眼底出血总有效率明显高于对照组、治疗结束后眼球视网膜血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平低于对照组家兔,而试验组家兔眼球视网膜血管生长抑制因子内皮抑素(ES)表达水平高于对照组家兔,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部离子导入血栓通药物联合疏肝通滞方治疗家兔眼底出血能够获得优于全身单纯使用血栓通药物灌胃治疗的疗效,能显著改善眼底出血的并发症,能减少眼球视网膜新生血管因子VEGF的水平,增加视网膜新生血管抑制因子ES水平。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ion-induced Xueshuantong combined with Shugan Tongzhi Decoction on fundus hemorrhage in rabbits and its effect on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and endostatin(ES)after fundus hemorrhage.Methods Models were built by using 20 rabbits with fundus hemorrhage and were randomly divided into the control group and the research group.The control group was treated by intragastric administration of Xueshuantong Injection.The research group was treated by intragastric administration of iontophoresis Xueshuantong combined with Shugan Tongzhi Decoction.The total effective rate was compared between the two groups.The expression levels of VEGF and ES in retina after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the research group in the treatment of rabbit fundus hemorrhage was significantly higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the expression of VEGF in retina was lower than that in the control group.The expression level of ES in the research group was higher than that in the control group,with significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Local iontophoresis of Xueshuantong combined with Shugan Tongzhi Decoction in the treatment of ocular fundus hemorrhage in rabbits can obtain better therapeutic effect than that of gastric lavage with Xueshuantong alone in the whole body.It can significantly improve the occurrence of neovascularization in complications of fundus hemorrhage,reduce the level of retinal neovascularization factor VEGF and increase the level of retinal neovascularization inhibitor ES.
