摘要
目的探讨视网膜静脉阻塞血栓形成的防治方法及护理。方法选取我院2013年3月~2015年2月我院眼科收治的80例RVO患者为研究对象,按就诊时间顺序随机分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=42),对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用血栓通注射液,观察比较两组患者视力水平和眼底治疗疗效,视网膜循环时间及血液流变学指标。同时记录两组患者不良反应。结果观察组患者视力和眼底治疗总有效率分别为92.11%和94.74%,对照组视力和眼底治疗总有效率分别为71.43%和78.57%(χ~2=5.599和4.396,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者视力、视网膜循环时间和视力起效时间明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积和红细胞聚集指数改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医结合治疗视网膜静脉栓塞患者疗效确切,能够有效提高患者视力水平、改善视网膜血液循环和改善血液流变学指标,安全性高,同时加强健康教育和术后护理对于病情控制具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing of thrombosis of retinal vein occlusion （RVO）. Methods Eighty patients with RVO treated in the department of ophthalmology in our hospital between March 2013 and February 2015 were selected as the study subjects. According to order of treatment, they were divided into observation group （ n = 38 ） and control group （ n = 42 ）. The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong injection, based on the control group. The visual acuity, therapeutic effect, retinal circulation time and blood rheological indexes were observed and compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rates of treatment for visual acuity and fundus in observation group were 92. 11% and 94.74%o, respectively while in the control group were 71.43% and 78.57% ,respectively（χ2 = 5. 599 and 4. 396,P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the visual acuity, retinal circulation time, onset time of visual acuity, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematoerit and erythroeyte aggregation indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ allP 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of thrombosis of RVO. It can effectively improve the visual acuity, retinal blood circulation and blood rheologieal indexes, with high safety.
