摘要
为了研究宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)对生长猪血常规指标的影响,试验选用30头体况相近的妊娠母猪,分娩后从每窝仔猪中选取IUGR仔猪和正常初生重(NBW)仔猪各1头,每组30头,断奶后2组饲喂相同基础饲粮,单栏饲喂。分别于NBW组试猪平均体重达25和50 kg时,从各组随机选取12头,前腔静脉采血,检测血常规指标。结果表明:与25 kg体重NBW组相比,同阶段IUGR组血液平均红细胞体积显著升高(P<0.05),平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCH)和血小板体积分布宽度极显著升高(P<0.01),红细胞数(RBC)和红细胞分布宽度变异系数显著降低(P<0.05);与50 kg体重NBW组相比,同阶段IUGR组血液中性粒细胞百分比和MCH显著升高(P<0.05),中间细胞百分比和血小板数显著降低(P<0.05),白细胞数、RBC、平均血小板体积和血小板压积极显著降低(P<0.01)。上述结果提示,IUGR会影响生长猪的血常规指标,导致25 kg体重阶段生长猪的运氧能力以及50 kg体重阶段生长猪免疫功能、运氧能力和凝血能力下降。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)on blood routine indices of growing pigs.A total of 30 pregnant sows with similar body condition were selected.After delivery,one IUGR piglet and one normal born weight(NBW)piglet were selected from each litter,respectively,and allocated to IUGR group and NBW group,30 pigs per group.After weaning,the pigs were individually fed the same basic diet.When the body weight(BW)of NBW pigs reached 25 and 50 kg,respectively,12 pigs in each group were randomly selected to collect blood samples by precaval vein for detecting routine blood indices.The results showed that compared with the NBW pigs with 25 kg BW,IUGR pigs had higher mean corpuscular volume(P<0.05),as well as mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH)and platelet distribution width(P<0.01),whereas had lower red blood cells(RBC)and red blood cell distribution width(P<0.05).When compared with the NBW pigs with 50 kg BW,IUGR pigs had higher neutrophils%and MCH(P<0.05),while presented lower intermediate cells and platelets count(P<0.05),as well as white blood cells,RBC,mean platelet volume and thrombocytocrit(P<0.01).These findings suggest that IUGR can affect the blood routine indices of growing pigs,which decrease the ability of transporting oxygen of pigs with 25 kg BW and immune resistance,ability of transporting oxygen,and blood coagulation of pigs with 50 kg BW.
