摘要
双联抗血小板治疗已经成为经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后急性冠状动脉综合征患者的标准药物治疗方案,但在临床工作中发现,按照标准化的双联抗血小板治疗后部分患者仍会出现严重的心脑血管不良事件。有研究指出其可能与氯吡格雷低反应性有关,因此这类患者将不再适合经典的双联抗血小板药物治疗。现对氯吡格雷低反应的急性冠状动脉综合征患者抗血小板药物治疗选择作一综述,以期对临床实践给予指导。
Double antiplatelet therapy has become the standard drug treatment for patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention.But in clinical work,it has been found that some patients could have serious adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events according to the standardized double antiplatelet therapy.Some studies have pointed out that it may be related to clopidogrel hyporesponsiveness,so it will no longer be suitable for this kind of patients.This article reviews antiplatelet drugs in patients with acute coronary syndrome with low response to clopidogrel in order to guide clinical practice.
