摘要
根据西北旱区玉米种植农艺要求,设计了一种适合西北旱区玉米播种作业的机械式穴播器。计算确定了整体结构中重要机构的参数,对该穴播器播种过程中玉米受力进行了分析。根据玉米种植深度和种植株距,参考现有穴播器,取经验值滚筒半径为210 mm,确定播嘴数目为8个;排种盘作为排种器的核心部件,排种盘的直径的大小将直接影响排种器整体结构的设计,型孔均匀的分布在排种盘上,最终取取种盘直径为236 mm,穴孔数为18个,2个型孔中心间的弧长为41 mm。确定穴播动嘴与定嘴的开嘴范围为0~20°。该设计试验可为西北旱区玉米机械化播种提供一定的参考。
According to the agronomic requirements of maize planting in northwest arid region,a mechanical hill seeder suitable for the maize planting in northwest arid region is designed in this paper.Parameters of the important mechanism in the whole structure are calculated and determined,and stress of the corn in the sowing process is analyzed.According to the planting depth and plant spacing of the maize,referring to the existing hole seeder,the radius of the experiential value cylinder is 210 mm,and the number of sowing nozzles is 8.As the core component of the metering device,the diameter of the metering plate will directly affect the design of the overall structure of the metering device.The holes are evenly distributed on the seed tray;the diameter of the seed tray is 236 mm,the number of holes is 18,and the arc length between the centers of the two holes is 41 mm;finally the opening range of the movable and fixed nozzles for burrow sowing is determined to be from 0 to 20 degrees.It hopes to provide some reference for mechanized maize sowing in Northwest Arid region.
