踩踏气吸式微型玉米排种器的设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 针对我国北方玉米播种垄作区内一些使用人工半自动化播种器材普遍存在的漏播、种子破损及重复播种等问题,设计了一种可安装在脚踏式玉米播种机上的踩踏气吸式微型玉米排种器。该排种器主要由支撑底座、踏板、活塞缸、排种嘴、种箱、吸种管及导种管组成,通过人工踩踏产生空气压力,并在气压、重力及震动的作用下实现玉米精量排种。田间试验表明:踩踏气吸式微型玉米排种器在播种频率为60~70次/min时,播种合格率为91.82%~92.17%,重播率为3.22%~3.45%,漏播率为4.61%~4.73%,均满足国家标准中对精密播种机的播种要求及玉米种植的农艺要求。 To solve the problems of the North Ridge sowing maize area exists in Narrow or uneven of the special region and high missing seeding rate of commonly simple air suction seed metering,a Air-suction corn precision metering device was designed. The device is composed of a piston cylinder,a seed box and a Sucking tube,Growers achieve semi-mechanized planting. The result of field tests showed that the seeding quality of the newly designed Air-suction corn precision metering device was satisfactory and the qualified index of seed spacing exceeded 91%,the missing-seeding rate were between 3. 22%-3. 45%,and the reseeding rate were between 4. 61%-4. 73%. The design of Air-suction corn precision metering device satisfied the agronomic requirements.
