摘要
蚊虫抗药性机制的研究对抗药性监测、治理等具有重要意义。随着分子生物学、基因组学的发展,蚊虫抗药性的分子机制得到普遍验证。蚊虫的抗性机制主要有代谢抗性、靶标抗性和行为抗性。现主要针对代谢抗性和靶标抗性进行综述,了解广泛使用杀虫剂之后蚊虫抗性产生的分子机制。
The study on the mechanism of mosquito drug resistance is of great significance to the monitoring and management of drug resistance.With the development of molecular biology and genomics,the molecular mechanism of mosquito resistance has been widely verified.The main resistance mechanisms of mosquitoes are metabolic resistance,target resistance and behavioral resistance.Metabolic resistance and target resistance are reviewed to understand the molecular mechanism of mosquito resistance after extensive use of insecticides.
